OLD FASHIONED MUSTARD MASH

For 4 people - Preparation 15 min - Cooking 20 min

INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and immerse them in a pan of cold salted water. Put on the fire and cook for 15 minutes from boiling. Check for doneness with the tip of a knife. Drain.
  2. Pour the drained potatoes into a saucepan. Crush them well with a potato masher. Put the saucepan back on low heat then add the milk, the butter cut into small pieces and the old-fashioned mustard. Add salt and pepper. Mix well with a wooden spoon. This purée goes wonderfully with white meat or rabbit.
