Cassoulet with duck confit - jar 780g
Couldn't load pickup availability
The Cassoulet is a traditional recipe from the South-West of France with duck confit, Toulouse sausage and beans drizzled with a carrot broth, onion, bouquet garni, garlic and seasoned with spices such as Espelette pepper.
We recommend reheating this cassoulet in the oven, covered with fine breadcrumbs to brown the top. You can also reheat it over low heat in a covered saucepan or in the microwave in a suitable dish, 3 to 4 minutes.
