The Blanc de Noirs (pressed white from the red grape variety Pinot Noir) smells finely fruity, is delicately spicy and gently yeasty. A wonderful entry-level champagne with moderate acidity that has everything you would expect. Animating, noble and festive. The perfect sparkling aperitif.
