How to reheat or cook Confit de Canard du Sud-Ouest 2 legs in a 730g jar?

1 - In a pan, brown the thighs skin side down for about 5-6 minutes, remove the melted fat then turn them meat side down for 2 to 3 minutes.

2 - In the oven, put in the grill position at medium temperature, place the thighs on the grill, the skin side grill, place a deep dish underneath to collect the fat, for about 15 minutes to allow the skin to brown.

Presentation tip:

Saute potatoes in duck fat with garlic and parsley, add porcini mushrooms or seasonal mushrooms according to your taste, serve with bundles of green beans and Provençale tomatoes.
