La Gerbaude Rosé 2022, Domaine Alary, Rhône (Bio)

A rosé classified as Côtes du Rhône with more Provence typicality than some "real" Provence rosé. Soft pink in the glass with slight copper reflections. Fine floral aromas with subtle herbs, body and smoothness. Hardly perceptible acidity on the palate and yet invigorating freshness. This is what summer tastes like in a bottle.
