The Domaine de la Fessardière is in Vallet, a small village near Nantes. This muscadet from clay and pebbled floor (grape variety: melon de Bourgogne) is salty, fresh and pure. On the palate of mild fruit with a present mineral and light yeast touch. Classic for oysters, white -meated fish, young cheese or just for aperitif !
