Pet Nat Waz-K Merlot 2022, Clos Troteligotte, Cahors (Bio)

Pet Nat Waz-K Merlot 2022 is a naturally sparkling wine with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. It has an intense rosé color with violet reflections, typical of a naturally sparkling Merlot. It reveals aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), complemented by a hint of plum and delicate floral notes. On the palate, its gentle effervescence enhances its liveliness and fruitiness, leading to a crisp and refreshing finish.

Made using the ancestral method, with no added yeast, to preserve the fruit’s purity and the authenticity of the terroir. Aged on fine lees for elegant bubbles and enhanced aromatic complexity.
