Spicy, light and colourful, this traditional rouille sauce is the perfect accompaniment to soups and bisques.

Rouille is also delicious on toasted baguette toast as an aperitif!

You can also use rouille sauce for your white fish dishes cooked in court bouillon.

Water, vegetable oil (sunflower or rapeseed) (EU or non-EU origin), garlic, egg yolk, mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), tomato paste, spirit vinegar, maize starch, colour: paprika, salt, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, lactose, milk protein, pepper, chilli. *Contains sulphites.
