A characterful Sauvignon with intensive spice, animating fruit and moderate acidity. A fresh Sauvignon Blanc that benefits from the cool Atlantic air that regularly finds its way into the domaine's vineyards. Wonderful with salads, as an aperitif or with Mediterranean fish.
