Sauvignon Gris 2024, Domaine des Frères Couillaud, Bio

The Frères Couillaud enjoy exploring new paths. Since 1997, they have dedicated part of their estate to an experimental vineyard planted with unusual grape varieties for the Nantais region: Viognier, Petit Manseng, Muscat Petit Grain, Sauvignon Gris, and Pinot Gris. The wines produced from this vineyard are released under the label “Frères Couillaud Private Collection.”
This magnificent Sauvignon Gris has an aniseed aroma, with even a hint of white pepper. The volume and richness it offers on the palate are also very appealing.
You can enjoy it with asparagus, scallops in cream, or simply as an aperitif.
