The thin dry sausage is made using the same process as the classic dry sausage. It is made from pork meat from pigs raised on straw by three breeders who have created a strict quality chain. The only difference with the classic dry sausage is that its natural casing is narrower. The sausage is matured in natural drying at more than 850 meters above sea level on the heights of the Tarn according to traditional know-how. Weight approx. 200 grams (+/- 10%)
